Best shop to bring your bmw to. The attention to detail they have is second to none. The status updates and info they give you cannot be matched. They will take care of your car as if it were their own. This is definitely a car enthusiasts shop and if you care for your car like I do, come here! MY WIFE HAD AN ACCIDENT WE TOOK THE CAR TO FISCO AUTO TO GET A QUOTE ON THE DAMAGE'S THE CAR SAT AT THERE SHOP FOR 3 DAYS AND WAS NEVER LOOKED AT.I ASKED SOME GUYS AT WORK WHO TO GO TO AND THEY SAID TENDER CAR,UPON STOPPING IN TO ONE OF THERE OFFICES MY CAR WAS TAKEN IN TO THERE SHOP TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT.MY NSURANCE ADJUSTER MET WITH TENDER WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SEE THE DAMAGE EVERYTHING WAS SHOWED TO THE ADJUSTER AND IN A DAY A CHECK WAS SENT OUT FOR THE REPAIRS.TENDER ORDERED THE PARTS AND STARTED WORKING ON THE CAR RIGHT AWAY.I WAS INFORMED THE CAR OULD TAKE 5 DAYS TO FIX ONCE THE PARTS WERE MADE AVAILABLE.ON TOP OF THAT TENDER CAR IS PAYING PART OF MY DEDUCTABLE, WHO DOSE THAT.I CANT WAIT TO GET MY CAR BACK THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO ON TIME..WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

I have been taking my car to Car Tender for forty years. I have always thought that the people at Car Tender are honest, ethical businessmen. I have had many reasonable repairs. I liked using them on Capitol Hill and will continue to use them in Shoreline.
