I brought my Jaguar E-Type, without prior arrangement, with a valve cover gasket leak. Despite being busy, Car Tenders fixed the problem the same day. Some other projects have taken longer, especially when locating parts is a challenge, but they have been diligent in really fixing problems, rather doing something superficial.
