I appreciated the prompt professional service I got from Car Tender and the fact that they guarantee their work. We have had occasion to use their guarantee, and Car Tender repaired the problem immediately at no cost to us, with no excuses. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We have been going to Car Tender for more than 15 years and trust their workmanship and professional conduct.

Every detail I had given to the Car Tender staff when I brought the car in was taken care of. And, my car looked beautiful when I picked it up this morning. I appreciate the excellent service. And, I was very appreciative at being transported from my home to Car Tender to pick up my car. I have nothing but compliments on the excellent service I received.

The radiator in our old Saab blew just as my wife pulled into the Car Tender lot. Talk about luck. John and the technicians couldn't have been nicer and the repair was done quickly and professionally as usual.We've been customers of Car Tender for over 30 years and have always been pleased and satisfied with the service. Great staff and service. Followed the BMW trouble shooting guide to the letter and helped me sort out my damaged transmission. Paolo V did a great job of researching parts and sourcing a several hard to find items.

Everything was good minus the communication aspect - had an initial conversational conflict that was more of a misunderstanding than anything; but still put things on a bit of a rocky start; and then was told the car would be ready by Wednesday without hearing anything- called on Thursday to ask what was going on and was promised a call back that afternoon that never came - and only found out my car's status and got work to proceed on Friday after a third call. The work done seemed well-handled and the car was returned cleaner than it had been in years; which were very appreciated. I can see getting 5-star service from this spot; I just didn't get it this time around.

John was amazing! Super helpful and got the job done in no time flat, as promised. They know what customer service is.

Fantastic service. Had a windshield wiper break 10 minutes before closing, and the mechanic helped switch to the working arm/blade so I could drive for no charge. Will return for future service.
