Cartender has been taking care of my vehicles since 2004. Russell and John (two of the three Owners) are always there to greet you and take a personal interest in you and your vehicle. From doing a full Dinan upgrade on my BMW X5, to basic service on my new "work" vehicles from BMW, Audi and Mini, and now my classic Porsche Cayman S, I trust them implicitly with knowing the my car inside and out, only recommending necessary services, and most importantly, giving me solid guidance as to what repairs to expect in future/mapping out a plan that won't break my bank. Owning higher end sporty cars is not a game for the timid, but having folks like all of the long term mechanics and ever present Owners working hand in hand with you makes it a heck of a lot easier than the Dealerships who sold you the car, hands down!
