I am a new customer to Car Tender and new to taking my vehicle to an auto shop. I had a great experience. They held my hand through the whole process and were very available to answer any questions I had. What stood out to me most was how transparent they were in their estimates. I felt very comfortable there and they provided a very high level of customer service. I will be going back for all my future BMW needs! They are also very conveniently located near the Cap Hill light rail station to get to work after I drop off my car.

John, Paolo and the CarTender team are fantastic. John went above and beyond to source good quality used parts at me request for the repair on my 3 series. He communicated throughout the process and was very helpful in deciding what work needed to be done. This isn't a one-off example of superior service, either. Every time I've had work done, or asked a question, or engaged them in any way, my expectations have been greatly exceeded. Car Tender is the only shop in Seattle I'll take my cars to. Thanks again

Great advice and service from the folks at Car Tender. I'm probably one of the last people to convert my 1988 BMW 535is from metric wheels and TRX tires to modern rubber. John and crew did an excellent conversion to 15inch BMW wheels and modern A/S tires. The old girl now drives like a dream and I don't have to worry about tire failure. Thanks, Car Tender.
