I broke my passenger-side mirror. CarTender ordered the part and got it the next day; they installed it while I waited. And they didn't order the whole mirror assembly and arm, which would've cost a lot. They saw they could reattach the arm so just ordered the mirror itself. The downsides of car repair are money and nuisance; Car Tender works to minimize both!

At the suggestion of a friend I brought my first BMW here for an oil change and inspection before my big move to LA. I arrived 15 minutes early, but Paolo was attentive and explained the process to me leaving me feeling confident about the service. He kept me up to date via text message and answered all my questions honestly without leaving me feeling confused or talked down to. If I weren't moving this would definitely be the shop I'd continue to bring my car to.
