John and his team went above and beyond when I had them work on my car while out of town on business. Communication was clear, professional and was not fluffed with additional unleaded repairs which I am sadly used to from other repair shops. I am so happy My friend referred me to her most trusted auto repair shop and will continue servicing my car with them.

I just drove the car for more than 1,600 miles on a road trip to Montana and it performed perfectly. It is no longer dropping oil and there is no signs of oil consumption either. I am pleased with how well Car Tender maintains the car and prioritizes what needs work and when. Very thorough.

Paulo is great. Kept me informed during the whole process and it helped me feel at ease. Highly recommend this shop because of the communication and customer service. Will be returning for service work this week!

I broke my passenger-side mirror. CarTender ordered the part and got it the next day; they installed it while I waited. And they didn't order the whole mirror assembly and arm, which would've cost a lot. They saw they could reattach the arm so just ordered the mirror itself. The downsides of car repair are money and nuisance; Car Tender works to minimize both!
