I've been going here for 20+ years. I known and trusted John's work since before he founded Car Tenders. I wouldn't go anywhere else (unless I'm getting free routine service or warranty repairs on my new cars from dealer).

In a world full of dishonest car mechanics, it’s refreshing to come across a place that prides itself in honesty and exceptional work. Paola and team did a fantastic job of doing a new vehicle inspection after some warning lights popped up. Their professional diagnostic proved that the vehicle had many issues that the dealership had not disclosed. The inspection was comprehensive, thorough, and explanation of it all was incredibly down-to-earth. Will gladly use them for any future service needs!

Something is weird with the electric locking system in my VW. Rather than do a big, expensive diagnostic, CarTender suggested we start by changing the battery in the key (which they did for under $10) and see how that works. I don't know yet whether that will fix things but I love the approach. Thanks, folks!
