All around a great experience. I towed my 2002 BMW here and they started working on it immediately. Paolo kept me updated on everything (very responsive through phone, email or text), provided a realistic estimate, gave me some good suggestions for the future, and repaired everything quickly - all without me having to step foot in their shop! Some of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in Seattle. This will be my go-to shop for my BMW.

Appreciate getting my flat tire fixed right away, convenient Cap Hill location, communication was great, and car looked great when done. Would be 5 star review except the price was so much higher than what the dealer would have charged me for the same service ($407 vs $263). John said he was pretty sure the quote I got was not for the same run flat model, but I checked after and confirmed it was for exactly the same tire and all the same service.
