Wes and John went above and beyond the call, diagnosing a very serious problem with the electrical system, ordering parts, and identifying and addressing other areas of concern. We were back on the road sooner than expected. The final bill even came in under the estimate. Thank you, Car Tender!

All around a great experience. I towed my 2002 BMW here and they started working on it immediately. Paolo kept me updated on everything (very responsive through phone, email or text), provided a realistic estimate, gave me some good suggestions for the future, and repaired everything quickly - all without me having to step foot in their shop! Some of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in Seattle. This will be my go-to shop for my BMW.

Appreciate getting my flat tire fixed right away, convenient Cap Hill location, communication was great, and car looked great when done. Would be 5 star review except the price was so much higher than what the dealer would have charged me for the same service ($407 vs $263). John said he was pretty sure the quote I got was not for the same run flat model, but I checked after and confirmed it was for exactly the same tire and all the same service.
