Exceptional service from start to finish. Paolo was very communicative, presented options, and at the end of the day my X5 was running perfectly and I knew I had not overpaid. Honestly, one of the best car service experiences I’ve ever had. Plus, the icing on the cake was having fun talking cars with the team when I picked up my car.
