Over the seven years of my life with my BMW530xi, I have rightly trusted its service to Car Tender, upon recommendation from another long-time customer. My recent service demanded a rather difficult and time-consuming repair. The service was completed to as-new condition and came in below estimated cost. I brought my car in for front-end work and they informed me that the problem was instead the brake job done by someone else. They lost the front-end work, but they gained my respect.

John and the crew at Car-tender are simply the best. Knowledgeable, considerate, and go out of their way to be helpful. It is the same level of excellent service i have always received today as it was 15 years ago.

Took our second vehicle over to Car Tender after having great luck with car #1. As expected, they did not disappoint. The Car Tender team not only fixed the original problem (bad starter motor), they found the root cause of a dangerous suspension problem that we've had for over a year. To help explain what they found, the team took the time to email over a short video of the mechanic describing and demonstrating the problem under the car. I have NEVER seen a shop shoot a video of the underbelly of the car to explain what was happening. It's always great to work with folks that care that much to take a few extra steps to communicate. Five stars (again) for the team at Car Tender.

Everything that needs to be done on or to my car is a piece of cake for these pros.
