My car was ready when promised and the staff were as professional as always.

I can’t believe that I have lived my entire life on Capital Hill in Seattle an I have never known about Car Tender! I have a Prius and have had all my service work done at the dealer downtown until recently when it has become more and more difficult to drive a car there as well as I was tired of the service dept. telling me I needed to have services done that we’re not necessary(like the day after I got new tires elsewhere and I took it in for service and told me I needed my tires rotated). Anyway, I needed an oil change and I was able to get in within a few days at the perfect time for me. I walked in and was greeted by Paolo(an extremely nice young man with a great handshake). I asked him to check everything and call me if I needed anything else done. As I was about to walk out the door he stopped me and asked if I needed the rest of my keys(if he had not done so I would have been locked out of the house!). He called a couple hours later and said nothing else was needed and that I could come pick up the car. The experience was great! I will definitely go there from now on. Work was professionally done. John in particular was really friendly and put me at ease from the start. I will say it was on the pricier side of what I expected, but I think the shop works on a lot of higher end cars, and you get what you pay for. Staff were really friendly over the phone. They washed my car and did a very thorough courtesy inspection in addition to the work I asked them to do. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Accommodating, fast, pleasant and seemingly, price conscious. Work has always been good. I bring them all my vehicles and they are very reliably honest.
