I recently purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz SL 600, with 50,000 miles. I bought it via an auction, and did not have an opportunity to complete a pre-sale inspection. I picked up the car in California and drove it back to Seattle. At my first opportunity I took the car to Car Tender and asked them to do a pre-sale/post-sale (nose to tail) inspection as I wanted someone I trusted to give me an honest evaluation of the car. (Important to note I had done business with Car Tender 30 years ago and found them to be VERY honest, and VERY reasonably priced.) They met, and exceeded, my expectations. They found some issues that needed to be addressed immediately, and I authorized them to do that work. I cannot over emphasize the importance of knowing that you own, and are driving, a reliable/fundamentally sound car. I would recommend Car Tender to anyone wthout reservation.
