I have a great time bringing my car to the team at Car Tender. Super friendly and knowledgeable people. I don't know too much about cars, so I appreciate it when they explain what's going on when I bring my VW for a service. I also appreciate how I never feel like I'm being sold things I don't need. I'll always recommend this shop!

They are fantastic about being super transparent about any work they recommend (or don't recommend!) and the price. Great communication through the maintenance process so you know exactly when things will be done.

Claimed to be Mini experts but never seemed to do anything right other than an oil change. I had electrical problems with the Mini and they just kept telling me “we don’t know what is wrong” yet “MINI” is on the side of the building. Over $2k later, the car was worse then when it was initially brought in. They handled my BMW fine, but clearly they are no Mini experts. Go elsewhere.

Nasty people with a bad attitude. Didn’t help me at all with my car problems.

I never used their services before However, I did watch how they calmly handled a extremely tense situation with protesters. After their shop was broken into and a fire set. These guys are true Americans. They are not afraid and have the wits to keep calm and forward thinking never losing sight of the bigger picture. I hope they sue city of Seattle for failing to provide services in their time of need during a dangerous situation. Good Job and Very Well Done, Car Tender.
