I got a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was interested in buying, and Rob and John were so helpful! Both took time to ask me detailed questions about the car I was looking at, and Rob spent time explaining the recommended repairs. He even took the time to help me understand some of the details of buying a used car, and how I could use the info they found to help me in my search. Visiting Car Tender was a fantastic experience. I called ahead to schedule an inspection on a vehicle I was interested in, and the service from start to finish was top notch. Rob was very helpful discussing everything with me on the phone and preparing me for what to expect. After dropping the car off, Car Tender communicated with me very clearly and promptly on when to expect the inspection to be finished so I could plan my day, and Paolo was just fantastic at breaking everything down from the inspection for me. Paolo was honest, helpful, and extremely insightful, and even provided me with a full set of documentation from the inspection. I feel very relieved to have started a relationship with a shop that performs quality work and is honest with their customers. I look forward to working with Car Tender some more in the future, and would recommend Car Tender to anyone in search of quality work and honest feedback about their vehicle.

They have always been friendly and accommodating. I have never felt as if they were trying to pull one over. Although they moved and it is a bit of a trek for me now, I will always be a loyal customer.

Super professional and very friendly. Prompt arrival at my work. And they had great communication the entire time the had my car. They did an amazing job… I got my car brand new 2021 For Explorer beginning of January and it’s been a couple months since I’ve had a good detail. They made it look BRAND new again and smell amazing. It’s been a week since the wash and detail and still is holding its shine and doesn’t have that greasy feel inside. DEFINITELY recommend them!

My brother and I had never been to this business before. It was recommended to us by the owner of another car mechanic business that my brother trusted. I can certainly see why this place was recommended. Everyone there was a kind knowledgeable professional. We had a time critical (to us) request on a Friday afternoon and though they were busy, they fit the job in, as decided by one of the two owners himself. For this visit Paolo in the office and John the mechanic that did the work were the ones involved, and both were terrific. This place specializes in European cars. If you have a European car, a Mercedes in our case, this is a great place to take it for maintenance and repair. We consider it a great discovery.

I can't say enough good things about the Car Tender team. Friendly, proactive, and straight-up. They're the partners I want in keeping my car up to speed. Highest recommendation.
