Shoreline Foreign Auto Repair

I used to go to Car Tender when I lived in Capitol Hill and they were located there. I sadly relied on the dealership and other local mechanics before I moved further north and closer to their newer Shoreline location. I am so glad to call them my mechanic of choice again! It's such a breath of fresh air connecting with mechanics that LOVE what they do, and are truly engaged in helping you think through the right choices. They really act as advisors, and I trust them to guide me to do the "Must Do" tasks and help me de-prioritize the "It Can Wait" tasks.

I have been going to Car Tenders since I bought my 323ci in 2006. They are a great team of customer service reps and technicians.

They did everything thing that needed to be done and they also did a couple of extra things that we didn't have to pay them for that was really nice thank you Rob and David

The guys at Car Tender did a great job. They dialed in a track suspension on my E46. I will be testing it soon on the track!

Customer service at its best. Rob, the service advisor, listens, understands, and explains everything in detail. They do their best to cater to and please their customers and it shows. Took my car in to get my check engine light looked at and ended up having the entire car thoroughly evaluated and given a full report card on the health of the car and details on potential service needs without any pushy sales tactics. It’s my first visit there but certainly won’t be the last.

Great customer service and kept me in the loop the whole time. They even washed my car after the service. The guys are great and easy to work with. I will be trusting them with future business when I need it.

So happy to have found a great service shop for my Mini. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly including Pepper the dog. Reasonable price as well.
