I blew up my clutch and took my car here. John and team were great! I had them change the oil and do an alignment as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my car is running great.

Last week I had the oil changed and minor servicing and as always, service was tops! It was an easy wait while the work was done. I always feel Car Tenders does such a great job and I trust their team completely to keep my car on the road, running beautifully! Kudos to all the team1 Thanks, Laura

I’ve worked with Car Tender since the ‘90’s for all my BMW needs from general maintenance to performance enhancement on cars from my M5, Dinan M240 and other models. Always professionally done, efficient, great advice. Would not take my BMW’s anywhere else. They just performed a Pre purchase inspection on my about to be purchased X3 and did a excellent job.

I want first to recognize Paolo for his outstanding customer service. He exemplified the highest level of customer service, which reflects exceptionally well for this incredible company! The team of technicians is knowledgeable, diligent, and impartial. I feel incredibly safe driving my car after the quality work that was performed. However, Paolo’s role in this transaction is what made the experience so memorable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my emergency, remained communicative from beginning to the end of the process, displayed genuine concern, and most importantly, Paolo had the best upbeat attitude! I have complete trust in this team, and I cannot recommend Car Tender enough!

There was an extensive amount of needed work on my son’s Jaguar. Car Tender in Shoreline, Wa was recommended to him by a car repair business in West Seattle, Tom’s Automotive, who didn’t work on Jaguars. Car Tender’s service consultant, Rob Leary, was very descriptive with communicating to us Master Technician, David Steere’s, diagnosis of the vehicle’s mechanical needs, Shop Foreman & Technician, Shawn Kimble’s, new engine installation progress including additional parts needed and the reasons for all of the work completed. My son said Rob’s communication with him was always “exemplary.” One of the owners of Car Trader, Russell Kimble, was very courteous and aware of all the details of any service on the vehicle. I own a 2001 BMW Z3 and Car Tender has been the only shop I'll take it to for 15 years. They know there BMWs. Customer service is fantastic and they're fair, never upselling me but always presenting the 'these are the 'safety must-dos' and these are the 'would be good to do down the road'. Definitely trust them.

My cars have been serviced by Car Tender for literally decades. Two BMW's, an MG, a Jaguar XJ6, a Mercedes 500SL, a couple or three Jeep Cherokees, and a Mercedes 230. No matter what the vehicle, their service has always been very professional. They do not substitute inappropriate parts although those might be less expensive, they always let you know what is going on (even if it's bad news), and perhaps most important if you, as I do, drive older cars, they will take the time and they have the persistence to track down squirrely problems that other shops would simply walk away from. Excellent people.

First time at Car Tender: We had a good experience working with Car Tender. Very professional all the way through the repair process. Our Mercedes is 21 years old and in excellent condition. However it needed hose and gaskets and brake calipers replaced among other things. I highly recommend this team.
