Car Tender has taken good car of our cars for years. They always do a thorough and professional job, and keep me informed on the maintenance of my car. And I love leaving with a clean car!

I recently moved to Shoreline and being a car nut one of my first concerns is where to have my BMW serviced. Car Tender had always been on my radar (I liked their reputation) but I lived too far away to have them work on the car. Now I am thrilled to get some suspension work done. Other mechanics have told me i didn’t need anything but I knew something was not correct. John found an issue. And he drove me home and picked me when the car was done. We spoke in length about the car, running a business and his being raised in the area. My experience with Car Tender has been all positive!

This is the premier BMW hospital of the city. I have a 325I that was born in Bavaria that I shipped over to the US and immediately put in the care of John and services at Car Tenders. That’s where she’s been going ever since almost 23 years ago. My car is in perfect condition thanks to them. They are exquisite diagnosticians; they systematically develop plans for maintenance and long-term care;, and they clearly communicate all in writing and in detail. When contingencies, including a emergencies like broken headlights Occur, they are exceptionally accommodating. Today for example I had a broken headlight which meant I couldn’t drive after 430 safely and Paolo one of the senior people immediately put me into a position to get service w grace and kindness! Every staff person and every car technician expert is a professional of the highest order. I honestly feel when I drive my car and then I’m going to a premier hospital for cars. It’s immaculate and people smile and people are happy and I always leave knowing that I’ve had the best care for my car possible. My BMW needed wiring work and spark plugs etc. so i went to Car Tender since they are local. Paolo texted or called about each repair being done with prices which totally beat a BMW dealer. So glad i found these guys! So many years i had been going to a BMW dealership for work on my car. I received a postcard this past year from Car Tender and thought i might give them a try. Last week much of my electrical wires went out and found out i really needed new spark plugs and coils. They really worked hard for about 4 days but got my car up and going and could not believe the decent price i paid! Paolo was right on always texting and updating the progress. Very professional.
