I was in a dead panic when my Mini had engine failure Paulo was so helpful and reassuring! My problem were exacerbated by 2 trips I had planned with only a day in-between trips. The folks at Car Tenders accommodated me with flexibility I must add that I am a dog lover and our dog talk a Plus. Being greeted by Ivy great. And I'm looking forward to meeting Paulo's two newly adopted Aussies!

These guys are awesome! I brought my TDI to them after it indicated some issues with the DPF and they were able to get it in quickly to have a look. They were super honest about their ability to get to the bottom of the issue and checked my warranty with the dealer, letting me know if I took the car to VW any emissions repairs would be covered. They also did a courtesy check and gave me their recommendations for some other small things to be done later, along with an estimate. The owner, John, went above and beyond to get my car back to me when I had issues coordinating pick up on my end. Overall really great shop and will be back for non-warranty work in the future!

Moving to a different area has its downside when it comes to services...they are a unknown until services rendered...lucky for me, the service writer for car tender was the service writer for the shop I had work done on my car from the area I just moved away from. I've known Rob for a couple years now..he knows is stuff and would never work for a shop that he couldn't put his stamp of approval on for quality of services. Car Tender did not disappoint...excellent service and repairs...thank you mechanic's and thank you Rob.
