WOW!!! My Mini never looked or felt better. My only frustration is the predictable time thing. Patrick recommended three major things I needed done when I came in weeks ago for an oil change. He said that he would only need "a day or two to assure parts and scheduling". And that it would only take a day. Taking that as my guild I scheduled 5 days ahead of time.It was frustrating to end up doing car rodeo/ having travel appointments screwed up. That being said...Overall Car Tenders is reliable, truthful and great to work with!!!

Excellent service, a bit pricey, but I was very happy with the work and the car wash.

Took a month to complete all repairs but that was due to Landrover taking so much time to send the parts.

Excellent work. Only issue was I asked them to clear the oil service due button since BMW Seattle didn't do it, but neither did they.

Friendly staff, they were straightforward and quick in time. Very cost efficient as well. They even did a courtesy car wash which was AWESOME.

I brought my car in last minute due to a window that wouldn't close. I brought it in close to 11am had a quote shortly after and the job was complete by 4:15 that day. Did I mention all that and a freshly washed car as well. Good work ....as always.
