Eric was very helpful and went over the diagnosis of problems with my Mercedes. He also emailed my husband and sent pictures to clarify some issues. I appreciate the time and attention I was given. I would recommend Car Tender as a place which can find what the problem is and how to fix it.

The shop was clean and everyone was professionally mannered. My car was in for scheduled maintenance and was only at the shop for two hours before I was called and told that it was ready. When I went to pick up my car, Patrick went over my mechanics inspection report with me and I was told my car now was in excellent mechanical condition. I felt safe and confident in my vehicle when leaving their driveway. I couldn't be happier.
They were attentive to what my car's problems were. Eric gave a complete breakdown of what repairs were necessary and what they would cost. In the end I decided to have my 21-year-old car towed away and to donate it to PBS. Eric and all the guys at Cartender were helpful and patient with me through my decision-making process. When I get another car, I will definitely take it to Cartender for its maintenence and any necessary repairs.

I am so happy with my car service. Patrick and Eric were very accomodating to my schedule. They explained the problem to me as soon as they figured it out. My car was returned to me vacuumed, washed, and with working AC!
