Referred by AAA and all went well. Hourly rate was high too me. Not sure if comparitable for the area. Very great people though. Had my car back same day even though I did not have an appointment.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Eric called to let me know my struts need replacing but there was no pressure to get it done right then as it wasn't a safety issue. I appreciated the honestly although I opted to have them replaced then anyway. They still had me in and out within the day. He also offered assistance in replacing my side view mirror (which I had already decided to replace myself) and offered to pop it on for me at no charge after I get it painted.

I have been bringing my cars to Car Tender for 15 years. Unfortunately, I prefer the Ultimate Driving Machine which means that it will ultimately need a fair amount of service. They always explain what work needs to be done and accurately quote it. They continue to balance what is needed and what will be needed for me.

WOW!!! My Mini never looked or felt better. My only frustration is the predictable time thing. Patrick recommended three major things I needed done when I came in weeks ago for an oil change. He said that he would only need "a day or two to assure parts and scheduling". And that it would only take a day. Taking that as my guild I scheduled 5 days ahead of time.It was frustrating to end up doing car rodeo/ having travel appointments screwed up. That being said...Overall Car Tenders is reliable, truthful and great to work with!!!

Excellent service, a bit pricey, but I was very happy with the work and the car wash.
