I had to have a friend drop off my car for me but I was easily able to handle all of the other stuff over the phone. It also sounds like they treated him very well on site for drop off and pick up.

Outstanding/Excellent service (as usual) by the most knowledgeable techs.

The shop was clean and everyone was professionally mannered. My car was in for scheduled maintenance and was only at the shop for two hours before I was called and told that it was ready. When I went to pick up my car, Patrick went over my mechanics inspection report with me and I was told my car now was in excellent mechanical condition. I felt safe and confident in my vehicle when leaving their driveway. I couldn't be happier.

They were attentive to what my car's problems were. Eric gave a complete breakdown of what repairs were necessary and what they would cost. In the end I decided to have my 21-year-old car towed away and to donate it to PBS. Eric and all the guys at Cartender were helpful and patient with me through my decision-making process. When I get another car, I will definitely take it to Cartender for its maintenence and any necessary repairs.
