Major thanks to Erik and David the all at Car Tender! My VW Westfalia has really needed a primary care mechanic, now it has one! They went through tip to tail, fixed this and that, and now it's (finally) a sweet ride. Also, there was a little problem that could or could not have been their fault, and they spent many many hours (not on my dime) working on that to my satisfaction. Kinda shocking to find this level of workmanship and customer care. Also put in a new transmission, and did alignment, both excellent. Having a mechanic you can talk to, and work with, who really really knows what their doing definitely makes your life better. Can't recommend Car Tender enough, and if you have a VW Westy, you need them!

I've always got great service from Patrick. This time Eric really helped me out in a jam. They were booked out for two weeks but because my car was undrivable they worked me in and got me back driving in 24 hours. Great service and customer care.

This was my first service appointment. Super nice guys! Very knowledgeable and good to work with. Everyone took the time to explain what was going on with my car, various options, pricing (except for the custom work), etc. I even really appreciated that they washed my car after being there for a week (albeit there were suds in the trunk when I opened it). But at least it was clean! I will definitely use them again. Thanks

I have an '06 BMW 330i which required an electric water pump and thermostat replacement. I had phoned BMW Seattle the over the phone estimate was $1600, but absolutely no explanation of the part, why its electric, what might have caused the failure, etc. I was particularly impressed by the way Patrick took the time to explain how it all worked, why it was so important for a driver to pull over when you get the hot-temperature indicator on your dash, a true personalized experience and provided a written quote. That's makes all the difference - and I understand how this unique cooling system works, that is valuable to me.
